Ice Affiliates Terms and Conditions

This document details the legal and operational rules for partners participating in the Ice Affiliates program. Joining the program requires strict adherence to these policies.

Registration and Approval

Partners must apply through the website. We review each application on an individual basis before granting system access.

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal gambling age in your local jurisdiction.
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your Back Office login credentials secure and confidential.
• Information Accuracy: You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date details in your profile.

Traffic Policies and Restrictions

We monitor traffic quality to ensure fair play. Violating our traffic guidelines leads to immediate account closure and the forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

1. No Brand Bidding: Bidding on branded keywords in search engine ads is forbidden.
2. No Self-Referrals: You cannot register as a player or use your relative's accounts to generate commissions.
3. No Spam Traffic: Using illegal marketing methods, spam emails, or hidden redirects is banned.
4. No Misdirected GEOs: Sending players from restricted geographic regions will result in those players being excluded from payment calculations.

Commissions and Payment Terms

Payout structures depend on your negotiated plan. Standard rates apply if no custom agreement is in place.

• CPA Requirements: CPA traffic must show a minimum of 50% repeat deposits. Single-deposit traffic is not eligible for payouts.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum payment threshold is 500 Euros. Earnings below this rollover.
• Negative NGR Quarantine: Individual players who generate a negative Net Gaming Revenue exceeding 5000 Euros are placed in quarantine until the balance clears.

Termination and Disputes

Either party can end this agreement with a 24-hour notice via email. We reserve the right to audit accounts for up to 90 days if we suspect fraud or terms violation. The agreement is governed by the laws of Malta, and any unresolved legal issues fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
